Before diving into the specific hotels in a certain area in Valencia, I’ll first give you an overview of the neighbourhood and why to stay there. My personal favourite is Ruzafa, due to the many restaurants and bars and the proximity to the city centre. Of course, the best area is highly dependent on your preferences!ย
If it is your first time in Valencia and you want to be close to the main sights, Ciutat Vella is a good choice. This is the city centre and home to many of the main sights such as the Cathedral of Valencia, Plaza de la Virgen and the Central Market. It is the perfect area if you want to go sightseeing.ย
This hotel is perfectly located between Ruzafa and Valencia’s city centre. The rooms are neat and stylish, and the hotel has its own fitness area and restaurant. However, the real eye-catcher is the amazing rooftop.ย

A hotel visited by many travelers, with a very positive rating! You probably won’t find a hotel in Valencia that feels more central, as the hotel is located at a central square. The rooms have a standard interior, suitable for all.

If you are into a vibrant nightlife, hipster cafรฉs, great brunch places and shopping at boutique stores, Ruzafa is the place to be. This neighbourhood is lively and packed with great restaurants, shops and bars. Therewith, it is the perfect place for travelers that are looking for a local experience. During my visit to Valencia, we stayed in Ruzafa, and I could highly recommend it to anyone planning their visit to this beautiful city!ย
If you are looking for a stylish, modern boutique hotel with minimalist design and great service, this is where you should go. The hotel is frequently recommended for the comfort, great location, fast wifi and good value for money.ย

Located near Playa de la Malvarossa and Playa de las Arenas,ย this former fishing district has now become a trendy area with a relaxed atmosphere and good restaurants and bars.ย
If you are looking to be right at the beach in Las Arenas, this is an amazing beachfront boutique hotel inspired by Mediterranean aesthetics. Also, the hotel is very kid-friendly.ย
Price range: โฌ200 – โฌ250
Located a 7-minute walk from Playa de las Arenas and 1km from Malvarossa, this boutique hotel offers beautiful rooms. The interior is great and will make you feel at home. Make sure to book early for good economy room deals.

Are you looking for an apartment close to the beach? This 1-bedroom apartment is a perfect place for a longer stay, only a 15-minute walk from the beach. The apartment has a kitchen to prepare your meals.ย
